Our vision is to ignite the passion of BIPOC and marginalized citizens of NC to pursue careers in the commercial aviation industry.
Our mission
The mission of The Airolina Youth Flight Support program is educate marginalized and BIPOC students of NC to enter a rewarding and fulfilling career in the aviation industry. This will open doors to new economic opportunities and employment careers for the youth who reach out to join this program.
We will create an extensive group of experienced aviation personnel to be ready to offer mentorship training and access to an aviation education. We will tap into the abundant network of resources within NC to leverage any and all programs and companies to join in our efforts to make our vision a success.
